    Dear Tony Benton
    I found your site while searching for information about my maternal great grandparents Thomas William and Mary Maria Wilson, who lived in one of the wooden cottages on Upminster Hill that you write about on that page. I think the demolitions were the reason they moved to Westcliff on Sea in the early 20th Century.
    I have a photograph of the cottage, and also printed invitations for two of their daughters to go to parties celebrating Victoria’s Golden Jubilee and King Edward 7th Coronation celebrations, if you are interested, I could send you images.
